1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services including social media management, Google Business optimization, lead generation, customer care handling, record keeping, website development, software development, and any related services (“Services”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Service Scope

Each service package includes the activities defined on our pricing page or in your custom quotation. Any requirements outside the stated scope will be considered additional work and billed separately.

We reserve the right to decline work that violates legal, ethical, moral or platform-specific policies (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate business information, materials, images, videos, and access credentials required for executing the Services.
• The Client must verify all published content and notify us of any mistakes or required changes promptly.
• The Client is responsible for compliance with their industry’s legal or regulatory requirements.

4. Account Access & Credentials

To deliver certain Services, the Client may provide temporary access to their digital accounts including but not limited to Google Business, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website admin panels, CRM platforms, or any other required tool.

• All accounts remain the sole property of the Client.
• We store login credentials securely and use them only for providing the agreed Services.
• Upon service cancellation or completion, all credentials will be handed back to the Client.
• The Client must change all passwords immediately after access is returned.
• We are not liable for unauthorized access or misuse if the Client fails to update passwords after handover.
• After credentials are returned, the Client must complete a confirmation form verifying that:
  • they have received all account credentials, and
  • they have successfully changed all passwords.
  This confirmation is mandatory for closing the service relationship.

5. Meetings & Communication

Depending on the plan selected, weekly or bi-weekly meetings will be conducted to discuss performance, analytics, improvements, and strategy.

Communication may take place through WhatsApp, email, or scheduled video calls as mutually agreed.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are billed monthly and must be paid in advance.
• Failure to pay on time may result in temporary suspension of Services.
• Due to the nature of digital and time-based work, all payments are non-refundable.
• Custom development projects require a separate contract and may involve milestone-based billing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, creatives, and digital assets created by us as part of the Services will be handed over to the Client once the monthly fee is paid in full. Templates, internal processes, and source files remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for losses arising from platform outages, algorithm changes, rejected ads, policy restrictions, payment processing issues, or delays caused by the Client. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

9. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel the Service at any time with written notice. Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided. Upon cancellation, account access will be revoked and credentials returned.
